COM2US N launches following WIZIWIG Studio and NP merger

COM2US N, a comprehensive media content company, has officially launched as an integrated entity following the completion of the merger between WIZIWIG Studio and NP.

By establishing a business structure that integrates content production with advanced technological capabilities, the company has secured an integrated framework encompassing the entire media content industry.

Following the approval of the merger plan at an extraordinary general shareholders' meeting on June 12, WIZIWIG Studio and NP officially launched as the new integrated entity 'COM2US N' on July 14. Major procedures for the launch will be finalized once the listing of the new merger shares is completed on the 14th of next month.

The 'N' in COM2US N stands for Narrative, Network, and Next. It embodies a vision to expand the possibilities of content by connecting stories with technology and people with experiences, creating a future where content is consumed in new ways across various spaces and platforms.

Through the merger, COM2US N has established an integrated business system covering everything from content planning and production to AI, VFX, XR technology, new media, and brand experience businesses.

The company plans to maximize synergy by combining the content production capabilities of WIZIWIG Studio—spanning films, dramas, and variety shows—with the XR and brand experience expertise of NP. Leveraging content IP and technological competitiveness, the company also intends to expand its footprint in both domestic and international markets.

Efforts are also underway to apply AI technology across the entire spectrum of content planning, production, and distribution. On June 29, WIZIWIG Studio signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the AI semiconductor company FuriosaAI.

The two companies plan to jointly develop AI application models tailored for the media industry by combining AI semiconductors with content production capabilities, while securing AI workflows and practical use cases for production sites.

Building on this cooperation, COM2US N intends to advance its AI-driven production environment, expand business models that combine content IP with future technologies, and aggressively target the global market.
