Copyright Policy

The Copyright Policy aims to prescribe proper usage methods and other necessary matters in compliance with the Copyright Act and other relevant laws and regulations when users utilize the copyrighted works provided within all services offered by NBNTV (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 1 Notice of Copyright Policy

  • The Company complies with the Copyright Act and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • All content (articles, photos, graphics, videos, audio, attachments, DB information, etc.) provided through the Company's services are works protected by the Copyright Act, and in principle, the copyright belongs to the Company, unless otherwise indicated by a separate copyright notice or specified source. The copyright for translations provided by the multilingual service global.nbntv.co.kr also belongs to the Company.
  • Content directly authored by a user, for which the copyright belongs to the user, and works for which copyright permission has been obtained through lawful procedures and are marked with copyright and source information, are excluded from the Company's copyrighted works.
  • The Company may delete posts within the service if it determines that a post infringes upon the copyright or other rights of a third party, or violates the Company's policies or relevant laws and regulations.

Article 2 User Obligations

  • Users have an obligation to comply with the Copyright Act and other relevant laws and regulations; failure to do so may result in temporary or permanent suspension of service use.
  • Any reproduction, publication, transmission, distribution, sale, modification, or broadcasting of all works within the service is prohibited without the prior consent of the Company.
  • Even when using a work after obtaining consent from the Company, unauthorized modification of the work (other than simple error correction) is prohibited, and the source must be clearly indicated.

Article 3 Measures Against Copyright-Infringing Posts

  • The rights to posts (opinions, comments, questions, videos, files, links, etc.) uploaded by users belong to the respective rights holders, and the responsibility for any issues arising therefrom lies with the respective user. The Company may suspend the posting or delete posts that violate the Copyright Act or other relevant laws and regulations.
  • A rights holder claiming that their copyright has been infringed within the service may request the suspension or deletion of the posting of said work. Please send a request for the suspension of reproduction/transmission to the copyright officer listed below.
  • Users who repeatedly violate laws and regulations, such as copyright laws, may have their account usage terminated.

Article 4 Request for Reinstatement of Posting

A user who has received a notice of posting suspension or deletion due to a copyright infringement report may request the reinstatement of the post by submitting a request for the resumption of reproduction/transmission along with supporting documentation.
