What is the Rejection of Unauthorized Email Collection?

We reject the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using electronic mail collection programs or other technical devices. Please be advised that any violation of this policy is subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Legal Basis

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Electronic Mail Addresses, etc.) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection

• No person shall collect electronic mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect electronic mail addresses from an internet homepage where the refusal to collect such addresses is clearly stated.
• No person shall sell or distribute electronic mail addresses collected in violation of the above.
• No person shall use electronic mail addresses for information transmission while knowing that such addresses were collected, sold, or distributed in violation of the above.
