HiteJinro launches limited edition Ilpoom Jinro 1924 Heritage

| NBNTV = Kim Min-ho | HiteJinro announced on the 8th that it will release a limited edition of Ilpoom Jinro 1924 Heritage, a premium distilled soju made using 100% 'Ilpoom Jinro rice' to establish the unique taste and differentiated standards of the Ilpoom Jinro brand.

Based on brewing and distillation expertise accumulated over more than 100 years, HiteJinro planned the launch of Ilpoom Jinro 1924 Heritage to present a product that is differentiated by its raw materials as well as its manufacturing process.

Ilpoom Jinro 1924 Heritage distinguishes itself from the start by using 100% Ilpoom Jinro rice, a variety specifically developed and cultivated through a collaboration between HiteJinro and the National Institute of Crop Science for the production of distilled soju. Among freshly harvested new rice, only grains meeting strict quality standards were carefully selected, fermented, and then distilled from the clear fermented mash.

Furthermore, the product achieves the ultimate taste through top-tier domestic brewing technology. Through a total of three repeated distillation processes, only the highest purity essence is captured. Each distillation stage removes off-flavors while preserving the subtle aroma and clean flavor inherent to the rice. Based on HiteJinro's 100 years of brewing know-how, an optimal aging process was applied to complete a smooth and clean taste. It is characterized by a smooth finish that makes the 30% alcohol content barely noticeable.

The packaging features a 'Golden Toad' motif inspired by golden fields ripening in abundance, expressing the authenticity of Ilpoom Jinro—brewed with 100% dedicated rice—in a modern and luxurious way. In particular, the dedicated Ilpoom Jinro rice used in the actual brewing process is featured on the Neck Tag, intuitively capturing the heritage and differentiated value that flows from the raw materials to the final product.

Following its release on the 9th, Ilpoom Jinro 1924 Heritage will be available sequentially at select restaurants, eateries, hotels, and large discount stores nationwide.
