Artist Lee Re has revealed the diet and daily routines she is following ahead of her upcoming album photoshoot.

According to a vlog recently released on the YouTube channel IREAH, Lee shared her recent focus on diet and exercise in preparation for upcoming album-related filming. In the video, Lee stated that she began managing her diet about two weeks ago. While she initially focused on consuming carbohydrates to ensure healthy weight loss, she is now adjusting her intake to accommodate her filming schedule.

Lee shared specific details of her diet in the video, explaining that she maintains a consistent meal plan consisting of chicken leg meat with rice for lunch and chicken breast with rice for dinner. For breakfast, she previously consumed Greek yogurt, apples, protein shakes, and peanut butter, but recently opted for a meal of chicken gizzards with rice and *kimchi* to avoid dietary boredom. "Since the album photoshoot is coming up soon, I am eating somewhat restrictively," Lee added. "My weight hasn't dropped significantly, but my body is changing a lot."

Exercise has also become a vital part of her daily life. Lee revealed that she recently started working out with a friend she has known since she was 9 years old. The video captured her exercising with her friend as she shared her progress and physical changes.

Musical activities and fan-meeting preparations

Lee also showcased her musical work and the preparation process for her fans. Having recently moved her studio to her home, Lee mentioned her habit of visiting cafes when she needs to write lyrics or work. In particular, the video captured her visiting a cafe to organize MD designs related to the fan-meeting she is currently planning. Lee expressed a desire to show some of the design work but heightened expectations by teasing that it is a "secret."
