B:DAWN forms 'Saebyeok High' cheerleading squad with dance level test

The group B:DAWN has transformed into the 'Saebyeok High' cheerleading squad to showcase their dance performances.

According to the released video, B:DAWN formed the 'Saebyeok High Official Cheerleading Squad,' centered around their dance club, to ensure the smooth progress and creation of a cheering culture for the upcoming mini sports day. The video captures the members beginning their cheerleading activities under the leadership of the cheer captain, who was selected from the dance club.

"Living off dance" — Checking the cheer captain's skills and level test

Member Mini, who took on the role of cheer captain, revealed that she was selected through competition within the dance club and conducted a 'level test' to verify the squad's skills. Introducing herself as a dance prodigy who "lives off dance," Mini gave the cheerleading members hope that they might be able to stand in the front row. The evaluation criteria comprehensively included facial expressions, visuals, dance lines, and fundamentals.

During the testing process, the members performed various genres of choreography, starting with cheering songs frequently used at baseball stadiums. A member from the hip-hop club showcased the choreography for EXO's 'Love Shot,' followed by various genres such as waacking, house, and krump. Mini personally demonstrated the choreography for Shin Hae-chul's 'To You,' instructing the cheerleaders on movements such as rotating their arms.

Song quizzes through choreography and group performance

The following content featured a game called "Speak with Dance," where Mini dances and the remaining members must guess the song title. The members focused intensely to guess the titles. Songs presented included BoyNextDoor's 'One and Only,' NCT 127's 'Fact Check,' and RIIZE's 'Siren.' Notably, in a high-difficulty quiz where they had to guess the song just by listening to the sound of footsteps, 2PM's 'Again Again' was mentioned as the correct answer.

The content concluded with the members performing their prepared choreography together. The members performed the choreography for Shin Hae-chul's 'To You' as practiced, and finished by performing a group dance to B:DAWN's song 'Back, back, back, back.' Mini noted that the members worked hard for this content and expressed anticipation for the various content scheduled for September.
