Chanyeol sheds tears during past life hypnosis, recalling parting from a puppy on the battlefield

A new video has been released showing EXO members Chanyeol and Kai experiencing past lives through hypnosis. During the footage, both members immersed themselves in a hypnotic state, sharing the memories and identities they imagined from their previous lives.

Chanyeol recalls being a soldier... "Leaving a puppy behind" brings tears

While exploring his past life through hypnosis, Chanyeol recalled a life as a soldier caught in the midst of war. According to the video's subtitles and his own remarks, Chanyeol's journey through memory moved from his debut days to his school years, finally arriving at a past life as a soldier in military fatigues. He described himself as a soldier stationed in barracks, handling a gun and experiencing the realities of war.

Chanyeol showed a deeply emotional reaction while recalling these wartime memories. He thought continuously about the puppy he left behind at home before heading to the battlefield, sharing that even after the war ended, he was unable to return home to reunite with the pet. In the video, Chanyeol appeared visibly distressed, saying, "I have to leave the puppy and go to the battlefield," and shed tears while expressing regret over being unable to protect his comrades in the final moments of that life.

Regarding the connection between his past life and his present self, Chanyeol noted, "The puppy I first raised seems to resemble the puppy I raised in middle school." He also linked his past to his current life through a shared trait: "I love watching people laugh," connecting the sentiment to the joy he feels today when his fans smile.

Kai envisions a life of dancing in a castle... "Dancing wildly with a husband"

In a starkly different experience, Kai's hypnosis revealed a completely different past life. Escaping a scenario where he was trapped in a basement, Kai envisioned a life living in a castle. He explained that as the owner of the castle, he lived with his mother and socialized with various people and animal friends within the castle walls.

Kai identified dancing as the primary activity of that life. He mentioned living happily while dancing with a husband, describing him as "someone smaller than me but brave." He specifically recalled a joyful scene of the two of them dancing 'makchum' (wild dancing) together. Kai added that he had no children in that lifetime.
