BOYNEXTDOOR's Lee Han shares healthy convenience store finds during Japan tour
BOYNEXTDOOR's Lee Han reveals his strict self-care routine and healthy Japanese convenience store food picks during his recent Japan tour.
Lee Han, a member of the group BOYNEXTDOOR, is maintaining a strict self-care routine even amidst his Japan tour schedule.

According to a recently released video, Lee Han—currently on the third day of performances in Yokohama—shared his health management tips by introducing healthy food items available at local convenience stores. In the video, Lee Han stated, "During the 'Chugumi' (personal style) presentation earlier this year, I chose 'a healthy young man' as my goal for the year." To achieve this, he revealed that he has been visiting the gym about five times a week for exercise and PT during album production and recording periods. He added that while he typically has a slim physique, he is finding a sense of accomplishment through working out.
'Clean Food' from Japanese convenience stores: from chicken breast to vegetable cups
To manage his diet during the tour, Lee Han showcased items he frequently purchases at Japanese convenience stores. He mentioned a tomato-flavored drink he often consumes, noting that he drinks it about once every two days because it is not excessively sweet. For protein, he selects smoked chicken breast and herb-scented chicken breast.
He also focuses on vegetable intake to maintain a balanced diet. Lee Han noted that relying mainly on delivery food can lead to a lack of dietary fiber, explaining that he supplements his nutrition using vegetable cups and raw carrots sold at convenience stores. Additionally, he recommended refreshing seasoned cucumber as a side dish to accompany lunch boxes.

"Healthy food instead of jelly": sharing experiences with weight management
Lee Han discussed the importance of dietary management based on his past promotional activities. Recalling how he gained weight last year while primarily eating Japanese cuisine, he shared that he lost 4kg just two weeks after returning to Korea. Consequently, he stated that he now tries to focus on meals consisting of rice and chicken breast rather than snacks like jelly.
Lee Han shared his thoughts on local healthy foods by tasting smoothies made from convenience store drinks, products known on SNS as fatigue-recovery combinations, and yogurt products known to aid sleep. He highlighted one specific item as his top recommendation, suggesting these healthy convenience store finds to fans visiting or residing in Japan.
Meanwhile, Lee Han also shared glimpses of his daily life, including his efforts to manage his physical condition during the tour and how his recent gym plans had to change due to his physical state.
