Dr. Deep to partner with Japanese creators for live commerce
Derma skincare brand Dr. Deep expands its Japanese presence through TikTok Shop creator matching and short-form content collaborations.
| NBNTV = Jeong Chang-gyu | Dr. Deep, which recently made a massive debut on the Japanese e-commerce platform Qoo10, is expanding its collaborations with local creators. The company aims to broaden its content commerce channels in Japan by focusing on live commerce and short-form content.

On the 18th, derma skincare brand Dr. Deep participated in the 'TikTok Shop K-Beauty Limited Creator Matching Event' hosted by ByteDance in Shibuya, Japan.
The event featured 140 local influencers. During the session, Dr. Deep discussed various collaboration strategies with creators, including live commerce, short-form content production, and affiliate marketing. Product trials and sampling were also conducted.
Other K-beauty brands in attendance included d'Alba, innisfree, and Rejuall.
Dr. Deep introduced its 'Blue Peel PDLLA Peptide Volume Booster Shot' and 'Mineral PDRN™ 52000 Re-Barrier Firming Radiance Cream' as part of its after-clinic line.
'Mineral Pre-Filling Glow Shot 1500' and 'Clinical Texture Turnover TT Spot Cream' were presented as part of its pharmacy line. The company discussed plans to drive sales through content production in partnership with local creators centered around these products.
"As our brand performance in Japan expands, collaboration opportunities with local creators are also rapidly increasing," a Dr. Deep official stated. "We plan to continuously expand our touchpoints with Japanese consumers by focusing on short-form content and live commerce."
Discussions regarding future K-beauty events and promotions with ByteDance were also held.
