The daily lives of Park Ok-gyeong and her younger brother Geun-cheol, who sell donuts and bread while traveling the 5-day market in Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang Province, have been revealed as they carry on their father's methods. The footage captures the process of preparing ingredients using existing machines, such as the flour mill and dough mixer, left by their father who passed away two years ago.

"To match even 1g"... Adhering to father's manufacturing method

Geun-cheol strictly manages the mixing ratio of ingredients to maintain the taste of the bread. According to the subtitles and audio in the secured video, Geun-cheol uses a scale every time he mixes ingredients, striving to reduce even a 1g error. To this end, he works with three different scales for different weights. This is because he judges that the taste of the bread depends on the ratio of ingredients and water.

In the kneading process, they use the flour mill and dough mixer that their father used during his lifetime. Geun-cheol mentioned that in the past, their father used to pound glutinous rice by hand without machines, but now the work is possible thanks to the machines. While it might be easier to buy dough from a wholesaler and sell it, Geun-cheol prepares all ingredients himself, exactly as his father did.

"Dishwashing is entirely my responsibility"... The siblings' realistic division of roles

The division of roles and the resulting hardships that arise when family members work together were also revealed. While Park Ok-gyeong is in charge of preparing ingredients and their mother prepares the filling, Geun-cheol is solely responsible for dishwashing. According to the video, once the dishwashing starts, it takes nearly one and a half to two hours, and the intensity of the labor is such that he feels pain in his waist after finishing the task.

In this process, realistic arguments between the siblings also occur. The video captures battles over workspace and minor conflicts that arise while helping with work. Park Ok-gyeong shared her feelings, noting that while she used to treat her younger brother strictly during their childhood, now that they are adults, it is difficult to restrain him as before due to the difference in physical strength.

Memories of father and the legacy left behind

The siblings remember their father as a strict yet kind figure. Park Ok-gyeong recalled memories of how their father used to frequently take care of them by buying gifts like Game Boy or Pump. Additionally, the machines their father used are currently playing an important role in the siblings making bread.
