Krafton unveils five new titles at Gamescom 2026

According to Krafton on the 26th, the company revealed footage for five new titles during the Opening Night Live (ONL) pre-event of Gamescom 2026 held in Cologne, Germany.

The five titles featured during ONL include ▲Project ZETA ▲Age Twisters ▲PUBG: DED.NET (hereafter DED.NET) ▲NO LAW ▲TARAE: The Unbound. Each title showcased its core gameplay mechanics and unique worldviews.

ONL serves as the official pre-event for Gamescom, a global stage where major developers announce new titles and major updates, drawing intense interest from gamers worldwide. This year's ONL took place on the 25th, the day before the official opening of Gamescom 2026, with host Geoff Keighley introducing Krafton's new lineup and highlighting the unique features of each project.

The new entry in the PUBG franchise, PUBG: DED.NET, made its debut. The footage introduced the setting of Cascadia in 1996—inspired by the Pacific Northwest of the United States in the 1990s—alongside character reveals, gunplay, and a progression system utilizing Roguelite elements that persist through each game.

The latter half of the video showcased how combat scales in intensity and complexity as special abilities and diverse playstyles intertwine.

NO LAW provided a deeper look at its gameplay. An immersive open-world FPS RPG, the game follows the protagonist Grey Harker through a narrative where city dwellers describe him in varying ways, leading to sequences of infiltration, hacking, and hardcore shooting.

The presentation specifically highlighted the high degree of player freedom, allowing users to choose various tactical approaches to overcome different missions and situations.

Project ZETA, a Multi-team Tactical Arena (MTA) game, detailed its multi-team tactical PvP mechanics centered on capturing and returning a core object known as Prism.

The gameplay follows a three-person team consisting of Scallione, Inho, and Piper as they defeat a boss to secure the Prism and attempt to reach the return point. The footage illustrates how other teams intrude during the transit, escalating into multi-party skirmishes where character skills and teamwork determine the winner.

TARAE: The Unbound also revealed its world and gameplay for the first time. An action RPG set in an Oriental dark fantasy world, the cinematic trailer—featuring Oriental aesthetics—begins with narration from the mastermind Agasa, leading into a hero's narrative against a great catastrophe and intense combat. The footage showcased powerful skill-based combat and high-pressure boss battles.

The two-player cooperative adventure Age Twisters follows a grandfather and granddaughter tracing the footsteps of a missing mother and daughter under the theme "A Journey Through Every Age, Together." The game features cooperative play involving combat atop trains, object transformation, and vehicle movement, as players utilize the unique abilities of four different age groups—child, youth, adult, and elderly—to clear stages.
