hy Launches Two Varieties of 'Super100 Soygurt,' Turning Drinkable Soy Milk into Spoonable Yogurt

The new products transform soy milk, commonly consumed as a beverage, into a spoonable yogurt. This move reflects growing consumer interest in plant-based ingredients and the trend toward light, healthy lifestyle management.

The products incorporate the company's proprietary probiotic technology. By fermenting soy milk with the patented probiotic 'HY2782,' the content of non-glycoside isoflavones was increased to approximately three times the level of original soy milk. Non-glycoside isoflavones are a form where sugar is separated from the isoflavones found in soybeans, allowing for faster absorption in the body compared to glycosides.

A key strength of the product is its accessibility; since it is made from soy milk, consumers who find it difficult to consume dairy can enjoy it easily. Both products meet the low-fat standards set by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.

The capacity per cup is 120g, more than 30% larger than existing 90g products. When paired with grain toppings such as oatmeal or granola, they can serve as a simple meal replacement.

Super 100 Soygurt begins full-scale sales following pre-orders starting on the 24th. Customers who sign up for a regular subscription will receive a Super 100 Special Set. Orders can be placed through the company's online mall, hy Fredic, and its offline distribution network, Fresh Manager. Delivery is scheduled to begin on the 1st of next month.

Jeon Byeong-deok, manager of the hy FM Marketing Team, stated, "Super 100 Soygurt is a product that proposes a new way of consumption by applying hy's unique research technology to soy milk. We will continue to strengthen our brand competitiveness based on our differentiated probiotic research capabilities truly."
