Z.AI: Why solo marketers are turning to Blox

Health functional food brand Extreme cut campaign setup time by 80% and boosted monthly revenue using Z.AI's Blox AI CRM agent.

| NBNTV = Reporter Jeong Dong-jin | Blox is emerging as a key CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution for customer management among solo entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses.

ZAIA: Why Solo Marketers Are Turning to 'Blocks'

According to Z.AI on the 24th, the health functional food brand Extreme introduced its AI CRM agent, reducing campaign setup time by 80% and achieving additional monthly revenue of over 10 million won.

Prior to adopting the Blox agent, Extreme spent 80% to 90% of its total working hours on campaign operations due to the heavy workload of message dispatching and simple setup tasks. However, after introducing the Blox agent, the proportion of simple setup work was drastically reduced to the 20% level.

The impact of the introduction went beyond simple operational efficiency, manifesting as actual sales growth. By building approximately 10 additional automated periodic campaigns that do not cause customer fatigue using the Blox agent, it was confirmed that a fixed additional monthly revenue of 10 million to 12 million won is being continuously generated.

Furthermore, the time required for data analysis and strategic planning was also significantly shortened. Extreme explained that data analysis, which previously took several days through external agencies or development teams, can now be processed in just 5 to 10 minutes using the Blox agent's natural language query-and-answer method.

A representative example is the restructuring of the existing welcome coupon pack, which had a 60-day validity period, into a structure optimized for sales conversion by using AI to analyze behavioral data showing that approximately 85% of new members make their first purchase within one hour of signing up.

Extreme also highly rated the agent's data security and dispatch stability. This is because customer behavior analysis can be performed safely within a single console infrastructure without the risk of data leakage associated with external generative AI services.

Blox plans to further strengthen its support so that even small-scale marketing organizations can establish CRM systems comparable to large commerce companies and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

Lee Ji-hyuk, CEO of Blox, stated, "The case of Extreme is a representative success story where a solo marketer escaped repetitive tasks by utilizing an AI agent to transform into a data-driven business strategist. We plan to continuously advance our AI CRM technology so that domestic commerce companies can overcome resource limitations and achieve practical ROAS and revenue growth." ────────
