ITZY Tests Its Focus in a Billiards Hall, From Color Sequences to Memory Games

The members of group ITZY took on a series of games designed to test their concentration at a billiards hall. Episode 5 of ITZY’s self-produced content series “DaDa-ITZY,” released on September 24, 2026, followed the members as they competed against one another through three different challenges: recalling colors, doing mental arithmetic and remembering objects.

The first challenge asked the members to reproduce a presented sequence of colors in the correct order. They had to say a range of colors—including green, yellow, black, blue, purple and red—exactly as they had been arranged. The task required them to keep every color in mind while also preserving its position in the sequence.

The members repeatedly said the color names aloud as they tried to reconstruct the order. Their efforts did not always go smoothly, however, as they sometimes mixed up individual colors or lost track of where a color belonged. The differing results showed how easily the sequence could become confusing even when the same set of familiar colors was used.

One member struggled as the challenge continued and admitted, “I got angry halfway through, so I couldn’t concentrate.” The members kept trying with combinations such as blue, black, green, yellow, purple and red, but confusion continued to surface as they worked to identify every color in the proper order.

The second game shifted the contest from colors to numbers with a test involving mental arithmetic and multiplication tables. The members had to calculate multiplication results from the numbers they were given and also work through calculations involving consecutive numbers. This time, their concentration depended on keeping track of each numerical prompt and producing the correct result.

In the video, the members continued calculating with combinations including 63, 86, 48 and 79. When their answers did not match the expected results, they appeared flustered. One member described the difficulty by saying, “I did twenty of them, but I got so many wrong.”

The multiplication-table portion brought further pressure. One member mixed up the numbers during the calculation and remarked, “I feel like I’m becoming a fool,” capturing the tension of trying to solve the problems while staying focused. The members worked through figures including 63, 86, 48, 79, 63, 36, 86 and 54, and their surprise was visible whenever the resulting answers did not come out correctly.

The final challenge tested both memory and observation by asking the members to detect changes among objects in the room. They first had to remember the original arrangement, which included a dog, a cup of water, chalk and chairs. After studying the space, they then had to identify what had changed.

As the game progressed, the members recalled details such as the dog, the chalk and the cup of water while carefully examining the room. They began pointing out specific differences, saying, “There is one more cue,” “The numbers six through eight appeared on the board,” and “The number of pieces of chalk changed from three to one.”

The members also raised possible changes involving the number of chairs and the position of an umbrella. Each offered different observations based on what they remembered from the original setup, bringing ITZY’s three-part concentration challenge—from ordered colors and number calculations to changes among objects—to its final test.
