FIFTY FIFTY members Chanelle and YEWON reveal trainee stories and their deep connection during a special trip to Hanam City.
FIFTY FIFTY members Chanelle and YEWON shared their deep trust and behind-the-scenes trainee stories through video content produced with the support of Hanam City.

"I felt certain after seeing her"... A fateful bond from trainee days
In the video, Chanelle and YEWON engaged in deep conversations they hadn't been able to have previously while traveling by train to Hanam. Chanelle reminisced about her trainee days and confessed her certainty regarding YEWON. "When I joined our company, I felt certain after seeing her," Chanelle revealed, disclosing heartfelt thoughts she had never previously mentioned in interviews or other content. Chanelle noted that they haven't had many opportunities to spend free time together since their trainee days, describing the connection between the two—the longest-serving trainees in the group—as fate.
YEWON also expressed her trust in Chanelle, sharing that she joined the group because she believed in her. "When I heard that story, I thought for sure things would go well," YEWON said. The two noted that they had lacked the freedom to go on trips since their trainee days, expressing great excitement for this journey.
Sharing tastes in Hanam: Gifts and support at a bookstore
Upon arriving in Hanam, the pair shared their interests by visiting a brunch cafe and an independent bookstore. Showing her caring nature toward her members, the member who enjoys cooking looked over the cafe menu and suggested, "I think Chanelle would like this; let's buy it for YEWON unnie." The two enjoyed a meal of signature Hanwoo arugula pizza and a cheese-filled salad.
At the bookstore, they exchanged gifts. YEWON gave Chanelle "Atomic Habits," a book on habit formation, to support her interest in self-development. Chanelle recommended the book, noting, "I read it during my trainee days, and it was truly motivating." Conversely, Chanelle chose a healing picture book for YEWON, who loves drawing. Chanelle recalled a sentimental moment when YEWON once drew a picture of her face on A4 paper and gave it to her with a letter, a gift she still cherishes.
"Don't miss your twenties"... Advice for a member facing uncertainty
While walking, YEWON offered sincere advice to a member expressing worries about the increasing responsibilities and pressures of adulthood. "I think I learned the most when I was twenty. I hope you don't miss your twenties and remember every single moment," YEWON said. She added words of encouragement: "Thoughts about the future will flow away and pass by. If it's something you have to overcome anyway, I just want you to enjoy it. The more you worry, the less gets resolved."
The two enjoyed the natural scenery of Hanam, remarking that the trip felt like "a scene from a movie." Walking along red clay paths and through quiet parks, they reminisced about memories shared with their fellow members, finding the time to clear their minds and reflect positively through nature.
