Voicely launches Postream, an AI video distribution service

Voicely, an AI-based content localization and creator support solutions company, announced on the 13th that it has launched Postream, a workflow service that automatically distributes video content to various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Postream automates repetitive tasks such as uploading, format conversion, caption writing, and scheduled posting that occur when a single video is distributed across multiple platforms.

Once a user configures a workflow, the service automatically detects new video uploads, converts them to meet the specific requirements of each platform, generates captions and hashtags, and handles scheduled posting. It also supports the application of AI-generated content labels and scheduling based on the user's time zone.

With the rapid expansion of short-form platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok, more creators are operating single pieces of content across multiple channels simultaneously. However, differing aspect ratios, video lengths, recommended specifications, and captioning styles across platforms have historically led to significant repetitive manual labor.

Postream is designed to manage these challenges through an integrated, workflow-based system. It remains platform-agnostic, supporting automatic distribution among major platforms while providing customized caption generation and automated upload timing for each specific channel.

According to approximately six months of operational data released by Voicely, Postream has integrated with 3,661 channels to post a total of 11,191 pieces of content. Of these, 11,129 were posted via the automated workflow, representing an automated posting rate of 99.4%. Manual uploads accounted for only 62 cases.

The company estimates that the service has saved approximately 1,870 hours in content distribution tasks. The number of automated workflows currently in operation has exceeded 2,000.

Beyond distribution, Postream supports automatic conversion of resolution, aspect ratio, and video length, as well as caption and hashtag generation, AI-generated content labeling, scheduled posting, and linked account management. The company noted that these features allow creators and businesses to reduce repetitive tasks and focus more on content production and planning.

Voicely developed Postream by leveraging its AI automation technology and content localization expertise. The company plans to expand its business scope into a comprehensive service encompassing content production, translation, subtitling, and distribution.
