Nongshim RedForce secures first Champions berth; fan campaigns set for Busan and Seoul
Nongshim RedForce celebrates its first Valorant Champions qualification with the 'Super Spicy in Busan' fan campaign across Busan and Seoul.
| NBNTV = Reporter Joo Hyun-woong | Nongshim RedForce's Valorant team has secured a spot in Valorant Champions for the first time since its founding. To celebrate the milestone, the team is launching a fan campaign titled 'Super Spicy in Busan' that connects Busan and Seoul.

On the 27th, Nongshim RedForce defeated Gen.G with a 2-1 set score during the 2026 VCT Pacific Stage 2 playoffs, confirming their qualification for Champions Shanghai.
Valorant Champions is the season's final international tournament hosted by Riot Games, where top representative teams from around the world compete for the title of world champion.
After returning to the VCT Pacific stage this year, Nongshim RedForce has secured a Champions berth following their victory at Masters Santiago, their first global tournament of the season. The team is also scheduled to compete in the VCT Pacific Finals held in Busan this September.
Nongshim RedForce has organized the 'Super Spicy in Busan' campaign to link their Champions qualification with the finals week. The campaign will center around the VCT Pacific Finals Busan, held at the Sajik Indoor Gymnasium in Busan from September 4 to 6.
At the finals venue, programs will be held to allow spectators to experience the team's unique cheering culture. Specific event details and participation methods will be announced via official SNS channels at a later date.
Linked events will also take place at RedForce PC Arena locations in the Busan area. During the event period, Nongshim plans to provide Shin Ramyun and PC usage vouchers, provided by RedForce PC Arena and Nongshim Esports, to visitors who complete fan verification.
In Seoul, a watch party for the finals will be held at the RedForce PC Arena Jonggak branch. This event is designed for fans unable to travel to Busan to watch and cheer for the match together.
Nongshim RedForce aims to expand fan engagement by linking stadiums with PC cafes, ensuring fans can experience the finals week regardless of their location.
"Qualifying for Champions for the first time since our founding is a meaningful achievement for both the players and the fans," said Oh Ji-hwan, CEO of Nongshim Esports. "We want to share this success with our fans through the Busan finals venue, local stores, and the Seoul watch party."
Detailed programs and participation methods for 'Super Spicy in Busan' will be released sequentially on the official SNS accounts of Nongshim RedForce and RedForce PC Arena.
