Finehands expands K-beauty reach into Latin America via Chile partnership
HOFN operator Finehands signs supply deal with Chilean distributor Tetra C to launch K-beauty products in the Latin American market.
| NBNTV = Ju Hyeon-ung | Finehands, the operator of the cosmetics brand HOFN, has launched an expansion into the Latin American market by signing a supply agreement with Tetra C, a Chilean import and distribution company.

Last month, Finehands completed the initial delivery of two products: the Panthenol Solution Serum and the BHA weakly acidic foam cleanser. The company plans to gradually introduce additional product lines to the local market following the initial rollout.
Tetra C, the local distributor, operates a dedicated K-beauty e-commerce channel and five directly managed stores in Chile. The agreement was facilitated through the Chile E-commerce Platform Entry Support Project hosted by the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME). Tetra C will manage the entire distribution process, including local customs clearance, importation, marketing, and sales.
Regulatory processes for export permits and licenses are currently underway. Finehands has obtained a Certificate of Free Sale from the Korea Cosmetic Association and completed Apostille notarization, while Tetra C has submitted sanitary registration applications to Chilean health authorities.
The products will be showcased at a K-beauty pop-up store hosted by KOSME in Santiago, Chile, on the 31st.
"We are sequentially implementing sanitary registration and distribution procedures in cooperation with our local distribution partner in Chile," said Cho Se-won, CEO of Finehands. "Starting with our participation in the Santiago pop-up store at the end of August, we will continue to increase touchpoints with local consumers.""
