The development team behind Exos Heroes has reunited for Dynamite Blue.
The story-driven 2.5D turn-based collectible RPG, Dynamite Blue, is scheduled for a global release on September 30.
According to Cosmos 12 on the 15th, Dynamite Blue will launch globally on the 30th, emphasizing its narrative-driven 2.5D turn-based gameplay.
Dynamite Blue is a narrative-centric RPG that places world-building and character arcs at the core of the experience. The game is set in Veerhaven, a cyberpunk city in a future where "Self-Gear" technology—the practice of replacing body parts with machinery—has become commonplace.
Players assume the role of the president of Dynamite Blue, a small agency located in the Midground. Starting with minor requests, players will eventually trace incidents that shake the entire city. Approximately 60 characters are brought to life through "Pocket Stories," which explore their individual backgrounds and relationships.
Key features of the game include: ▲ a compatibility system utilizing strengths and weaknesses across six attributes; ▲ Guardian Stone Break, which allows players to break enemy weaknesses to turn the tide of battle; ▲ BP, a resource accumulated and utilized by the entire team; and ▲ Pocket Stories, which provide individual narratives for each character.
The global version will launch simultaneously on the Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, and STOVE on September 30. Pre-registrations on the Apple App Store and Google Play, along with Steam Wishlist registrations, will remain open until the launch. The game was previously released in Korea via ONE store on July 1 and is currently in service; the global version serves as a refined build incorporating live operational experience and user feedback.
The global version will support nine languages, including Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, French, German, Indonesian, and Thai. The development team is actively incorporating bug reports and improvement suggestions received via the official Discord into live updates.
