Lotte Cinema Reveals 'Epic Merchandise Lineup' for Summer Vacation Season

With summer school holidays and the vacation season set to begin in earnest in July, Lotte Cinema unveiled a new merchandise lineup on the 20th designed to appeal to a wide range of moviegoer tastes.

A clear consumer trend has recently emerged among people in their 20s and 30s: collecting items based on favorite characters and works, using them as everyday accessories and displaying their interests through the objects they carry. Responding to that shift, Lotte Cinema plans to introduce merchandise that combines practical use with distinctive design, extending the emotions experienced on screen into daily life.

Among the most notable announcements is a second round of sales for the MapleStory Keycap Keychain and the Ojamajo Doremi Keycap Keychain. Both items created a sellout rush immediately after their original release, prompting Lotte Cinema to make them available again.

Keycaps have recently emerged as a major trend, and Lotte Cinema's keycap merchandise drew an equally explosive response. Their satisfying keystroke feel and characters that bring back fond memories generated a flood of requests from moviegoers asking for another release. With that level of demand already established, the returning products are expected to sell out once again.

The Majorika Pouch will also be unveiled for the first time alongside the returning keycap keychains. Its addition gives fans of the character merchandise another new item to welcome as part of the expanded lineup.

The Doraemon the Movie Cube Keychain is another product attracting attention from moviegoers. The item recreates the world of Doraemon the Movie: Nobita's New Undersea Secret Castle inside a transparent cube, turning the film's setting into a compact collectible.

Symbolic elements from the movie have been interpreted through a stylish design. The result is intended to appeal not only to younger moviegoers but also to Doraemon fans who want to add a piece inspired by the work to their collections.

To mark the theatrical release of Minions & Monsters, Lotte Cinema will also offer the Minions Movie Theater Plush Keychain and the Minions Silicone Pouch. Both products are designed to capture the cheerful and lovable appeal associated with the Minions.

The plush keychain, in particular, features a movie-theater concept and is well suited to adding a playful accent to a bag. The silicone pouch complements that character-focused design with practical value, providing a convenient place to store small personal belongings.

Lotte Cinema has also prepared an extensive merchandise lineup celebrating the release of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, described as one of the summer's most anticipated films. The selection connects the excitement surrounding the movie with items that fans can use or display in everyday settings.

The Spider-Man range consists of a long mouse pad, an LED Keycap Keychain and a Metal Charm Keychain. In addition to directly appealing to fans of the character and film, the products can serve as distinctive decorative accents in daily spaces, leading Lotte Cinema to anticipate a strong response.

A broader assortment of merchandise based on other popular characters will also be available. Items such as the Pokémon Multipurpose Hanger and the Detective Conan Model-Kit Figure expand the selection and give moviegoers more options when choosing among the new products.
