Psychological hurdles during stage comeback

According to footage from the SBS variety program 'My Little Old Boy', Kim shared the psychological pressure caused by memories of the past. In the video, Kim remarked, "I can't understand how a memory of loving so intensely can turn into this in just a single day." He explained that when attempting to return to the stage, he felt as though he was being sucked back into that specific moment in time, noting that the psychological distress was so severe he felt, "I shouldn't be performing in my current state." He revealed that after taking a break, he initially thought, "It's better than I expected. So I thought, 'Should I give it another try?'" but as soon as he started, he was pulled back into that traumatic moment.

Vocal range discomfort and physical condition

Kim also discussed recent changes in his physical condition. He explained that while his condition fluctuated significantly at first, "those parts seem to have stabilized a bit now." During vocal practice, difficulties emerged in specific pitch ranges. The guide in the video pointed out that Kim's "most uncomfortable range is currently Mi and Fa." In response, the guide suggested, "It would be good if you could just start the first attack a bit more smoothly," advising him to use more air with the sensation of "tightening this a little more" while vocalizing. Kim replied that he feels a subtle discomfort because "it is a range that has always been there."

Connection between past concerts and vocal issues

Kim linked the cause of his vocal discomfort to his past experiences. Regarding the discomfort in certain ranges, he noted in the video, "Something like that happened a long time ago. A concert...", suggesting a direct connection between an incident during a past concert and his current vocal state.
