CLOSE YOUR EYES shares intense one-take filming stories and behind-the-scenes moments from their new 'Open Your Eyes' music video.
The group CLOSE YOUR EYES has shared the intense tension and behind-the-scenes stories from the filming of their new music video.

CLOSE YOUR EYES recently released a reaction video for the music video of their title track 'Open Your Eyes' through their official channel. In the video, the members watched the music video together, sharing specific details from the shoot and the difficulties encountered during the production process.
"The pressure of a full one-take shoot"... Massive scale in a mansion
The members revealed the high tension they felt, noting that the music video was filmed entirely in a one-take style. In the video, the members explained the situation, saying, "We were extremely tense because the entire shoot had to proceed as one continuous take," adding, "The pressure was so great that we couldn't even afford to take many takes."
They also discussed the filming location. Regarding the mansion that served as the backdrop, the members noted, "It was truly spacious," revealing that the location was a large mansion in Shanghai. They described the dynamic filming environment, stating, "We had to run around to capture great cuts indoors," particularly when filming scenes involving moving through windows or utilizing the vast interior.
"Different commercial concepts"... Intentional directing and explanations
The members also provided specific explanations regarding the directorial intent of certain scenes. Regarding the rooftop scenes where members film individually, they explained, "Each of us had a different target." The concept was to film stylishly with varying themes: one member resembled a perfume commercial, another a skincare ad, and others felt like car or candy commercials.
Furthermore, they offered an "explanation" for a specific movement in the video. Regarding the scene where Yeo-jun sits in a chair—which appears as if he is falling—the members clarified, "He isn't falling; he is looking for a chair to sit in." They added, "It actually seems better that it looks like he's falling," reflecting the lighthearted atmosphere on set.
"Reaching our physical limits"... Synergy with dancers
Stories of physical exhaustion also emerged. The members recalled, "At that time, we had reached the limit of our physical strength, so we went to the older dancers and danced to raise our energy." They also mentioned their synergy with the dancers, sharing what they learned on set and the joyful moments they shared.
Meanwhile, 'Open Your Eyes,' the title track from CLOSE YOUR EYES' 4th mini album '256th Note,' is scheduled to be released on September 30, 2026, at 6 PM (KST).
