According to a recently released behind-the-scenes video for the 'México' choreography practice, CHUNG HA and her team were fully immersed in synchronizing the song's dance moves. The video captures the performers striving for perfection by repeatedly practicing intricate details, including movement paths, hand gestures, and leg positions.

Fine-tuning choreography and formations

In the video, the performers engaged in various discussions to increase the accuracy of the routine. They meticulously checked center positions, spacing with dancers, and specific hand and leg movements. The team was seen mastering difficult sequences, with members noting, "I remember the contact parts and the solo parts," while discussing stage positioning and the differences between the music video shoot and practice sessions. During the process, CHUNG HA asked if she could move forward during the music video shoot, explaining that they had moved to the back during practice to better align with the emotional delivery of the song.

Detailed feedback was also provided to perfect the movements. To capture the song's specific mood, performers adjusted the depth of their moves—telling others to "go lower"—or coordinated formations, such as moving into a "V-shape." Additionally, they noted that the high speed of the choreography made certain turns difficult, sharing how the intensity of the filming atmosphere was almost overwhelming.

Recalling high-altitude experiences in Mexico

During the session, CHUNG HA recalled her previous activities in Mexico. In the video, she mentioned the country's high-altitude environment, noting, "Mexico is a high-altitude area," and adding that her time there "was tough." However, she also shared fond memories of the local cuisine, mentioning, "Tacos were delicious."

The practice session featured active communication among the performers regarding the intensity and direction of the dance. To maximize the song's impact, they exchanged ideas such as increasing movement intensity, with one member stating, "I want something stronger," or matching the tempo of specific sections. Despite the intense practice, the team expressed anticipation for future activities related to Mexico.
