ProBrand Corporation partners with Da Nang restaurant to analyze dining data
ProBrand Corporation to use its AI-based PROTECH V1 solution with Da Nang's Miền Tây to optimize menu and inventory management via consumer data.
NBNTV = Reporter Ban Jae-dong | A data-driven pilot program will be launched in Da Nang, Vietnam, to analyze order time slots, sales channels, and menu-specific demand for local dining establishments. ProBrand Corporation plans to apply consumption data from local restaurants to its proprietary analysis solution to optimize menu composition and ingredient management.

ProBrand Corporation (CEO Nam Hyun) has signed a collaboration agreement with Miền Tây, a local restaurant operating in Da Nang, Vietnam, to utilize its AI-based commercial area and consumption data analysis solution, PROTECH V1.
PROTECH V1 is a platform developed to collect and analyze commercial area and consumption-related data for store operations. ProBrand Corporation explained that it operates the solution by utilizing analyzed data for menu composition, pricing policies, marketing, and store management.
Miền Tây, the collaboration partner, is a local restaurant specializing in food and recipes from Vietnam's Mekong region. ProBrand Corporation plans to collaborate with the establishment to analyze usage data generated not only by tourists but also by the local community in Da Nang.
The analysis will include order status by menu item and changes in demand by time of day and day of the week. The company also plans to conduct a step-by-step analysis of consumption characteristics by sales channel—including dine-in, takeout, and delivery—as well as customer responses and the correlation between surrounding residential areas and store usage.
ProBrand Corporation plans to go beyond merely aggregating sales volumes; it will link the collected data directly to store operations. By analyzing order volumes per menu and peak order times, the company will adjust menu configurations and production quantities, as well as optimize ingredient management.
Data will also be categorized and analyzed by sales channel. The company will examine the specific ordering characteristics of in-store visits, takeout, and delivery, while simultaneously monitoring demand fluctuations based on time and day. The company explained that it will provide data that store operators can use as a reference when deciding on menus and production volumes.
A ProBrand Corporation official stated, "Collaborating with Miền Tây holds high value as it allows us to secure actual consumer choices and repeat purchase data from local customers, which is difficult to confirm through tourist visitor numbers alone. Starting with this collaboration with Miền Tây, we will gain a deeper understanding of the local Vietnamese dining market and develop a data-driven growth model that provides practical assistance on the ground."
