NMIXX competes in Chuseok quiz battle against managers for travel tickets

The group NMIXX engaged in a playful competition against their managers to celebrate the Chuseok holiday, with holiday travel tickets on the line.

Managers vs. members 'understanding test' for Hanwoo beef and travel tickets

In a recently released video, the members of NMIXX split into teams with their managers for a quiz battle testing how well they know one another. With rewards including holiday travel tickets and Hanwoo beef, the members showed a fierce determination to win.

The first stage was a quiz to test the managers' knowledge of the members. The questions included specific details such as Lily's food preferences, Sullyoon's recent individual challenge, a member's desire to eat Jeju Island mackerel sashimi at a recent event, and the career aspiration of a member's younger sibling (a veterinarian). Additionally, a question was posed regarding Bae's recent toe injury, asking which toe she had bandaged. The managers increased the intensity of the game by correctly guessing the members' trivial daily habits and preferences.

During the quiz, the members expressed their ambition to test the managers' attentiveness. When the managers failed to answer a question about Lily's food preferences, it fueled the members' competitive spirit. In particular, during the quiz regarding Bae's toe injury, a manager correctly identified it as the second toe on the right foot.

Mismatched chemistry in 'Charades' battle

After the teams were decided, the group moved on to a full-scale game of charades. Divided into teams, the members and managers had to explain prompts using only gestures. Various words were presented, including 'a cappella', 'time machine', 'magic wand', and 'chicken'.

The video captured several moments where answers were missed due to the members' differing movements. Laughter ensued as the members' synchronization faltered while trying to express 'Rapunzel' or a 'magic wand'. The struggle to guess the single-syllable answer 'chicken' and the various movements used to explain 'magic' added tension and humor to the game. The members also faced difficulties explaining 'a cappella' and 'time machine', leading to moments of frustration and comedic timing.

Throughout the game, the members' unique personalities shone through their gestures, such as when they mimicked wizards to explain a 'magic wand'. The mismatched chemistry between team members while striving to guess 'chicken' or 'magic' added to the fun on set.

"Have a bountiful Chuseok"... Holiday greetings conclude the games

After the fierce competition, the winning team earned the privilege of departing for their hometowns first. Upon finishing the games, the members greeted the camera, saying, "Have a happy Chuseok" and "Have a bountiful Chuseok."

Meanwhile, NMIXX is scheduled to continue their activities with the release of their sixth mini album (6th EP) 'Strange Muse' on October 19, 2026, at 6 PM (KST).
