Grep to host AX training seminar for HR professionals

[UP! START] Grep, the operator of Programmers, will host a Corporate AX Training Seminar for HR Professionals on the 18th at 2:00 PM at Yeoksam Maru 360 in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

According to Grep on the 11th, the seminar is designed to provide participants with practical, actionable results. Rather than simply receiving a training proposal, attendees will secure two tangible outcomes: an individual AI competency diagnosis report based on on-site testing and a draft of a customized AX planning proposal for their own company.

The program is built upon Grep's AX training framework of diagnosis, design, and execution. Addressing the significant gap in AI utilization skills among employees—a major hurdle in corporate HRD—the seminar offers an approach to assessing employee proficiency through data-driven competency diagnosis and designing tailored training programs.

In Part 1, Lee Seon Hee, head of Grep's Education Business Team, will introduce methods for taking the Programmers AI competency assessment and utilizing the resulting diagnosis data. Part 2, led by Education Business Team Manager Jonghoon Kim, will feature a hands-on session with the AI agent Claude Cowork.

The curriculum is structured so that even HR professionals in non-developer roles can draft AX planning documents applicable to their workplace within just three hours, allowing them to personally verify the feasibility of implementation within their organizations.
