Dimillion hosts robot automation site tour for manufacturers

NBNTV = Jung Chang-gyu. Manufacturing AI company Dimillion has unveiled its robot automation processes to manufacturing companies in Ansan. The company showcased an on-site production line that automates everything from the transport of automotive parts to heat treatment input, inspection, and sorting.

Having been selected as an excellent supplier for the '2026 Ansan Robot Utilization Awareness Expansion Project,' Dimillion conducted a site tour program at Hwaseong Tech, where it has established a robot automation SYSTEM.

Approximately 20 representatives from manufacturing companies interested in adopting robotics participated in the program organized by Ansan and Gyeonggi Techno Park.

Participants toured the automated production line and received briefings on system implementation cases and operational methods. The tour also featured automation technology capable of processing various product types by compensating for differences in shape and input position.

The SYSTEM established by Dimillion at Hwaseong Tech targets the high-frequency heat treatment process for automotive Shaft parts.

Previously, workers manually performed product loading and unloading, stacking, transport, visual inspection, and sorting. Dimillion has replaced these key tasks with a robot automation SYSTEM that handles transport, loading/unloading, inspection, and sorting.
