In the video, Yang personally discussed the surgeries she recently underwent, revealing she had cancer surgery this past April followed by eye surgery in June. Kim visited Buyeo specifically to check on her well-being, and the video description noted that Yang is currently in good health. During the video, Yang also touched upon the tension of performing, stating, "Half of a concert is fighting against fear." Furthermore, contrary to her outgoing public persona, she described herself as an introvert who recharges by spending time alone every Sunday.

A 20-year bond and vocal impression anecdotes

The connection between the two dates back to around 2002. Kim shared anecdotes about how Yang once arranged meals for comedians and how she personally designated him as the "Little Yang Hee-eun" during his appearance on KBS 'Immortal Songs.' Kim has long been recognized as a top impersonator of Yang due to his ability to capture her unique characteristics. Yang remarked that Kim's diction is exceptionally clear, and the two shared memories while touring a space decorated with drawings and embroidery made by Yang's late mother.

Kim volunteered to act as a "one-day intern" at Yang's residence, helping with cafe duties. Although he showed some clumsiness while serving ice cream, he continued the celebration by presenting a cake and cosmetic gifts to commemorate Yang's birthday on August 13.
