Paul's Diner presents dishes utilizing French butter and high-quality salt. Next, Sung Si-kyung visited 'Yeosudaek', which handles seasonal fish brought from the southern coast of the West Sea. On this day, Sung Si-kyung chose the steamed ray worth 70,000 won. Instead of 'deokja', which refers to a large silver pomfret over 50cm, he recommended steamed ray, emphasizing that the taste of ray is consistent. The steamed ray in the video has a soft texture rather than being fermented skate, and it features the characteristic of being able to eat even the bones.

Before the main fish dish was served, pancakes, fried eggs, and Yeosu crab marinated in soy sauce provided as service appeared in succession. Sung Si-kyung mentioned that the balance of these side dishes is so good that one can drink soju even before the main dish is served.

While revealing that he usually thinks of comfortable foods like gukbap or Chinese restaurants, he showed himself moving between Western and Korean food through a gourmet tour following the narrow alleys of Gyeongnidan-gil.
