IDID Turn Their Dorm Living Room Into a Board-Game Arena, From 'Top Ten TV' to 'BANG'

The members of group IDID have shared a look at themselves gathering in the living room of their residence to enjoy a variety of board games. In a video uploaded to the YouTube channel “IDID,” the members took on games with distinctly different rules, including “Top Ten TV” and “BANG.” As they worked through acting challenges, deduction and strategic exchanges, each member’s individual character came through in the way they approached the competition.

An Acting-Based Deduction Game: “Top Ten TV”

The first game played by the members was “Top Ten TV,” a deduction game built around acting. The host gives the participants a topic, and the members perform in response to that prompt. The remaining players then watch those performances and attempt to determine the topic being portrayed.

The first prompt presented in the video was “a startled reaction after smelling a foul odor.” Each member delivered a performance corresponding to an assigned number. After watching one another act out the situation in their own ways, the members went through the process of working out the numbers. They continued the game while carefully observing each other’s reactions and comparing how convincingly each participant had handled the acting challenge.

The second prompt that followed was “the movements of zombies in a world overrun by a zombie virus.” The members offered zombie performances at different levels of intensity, ranging from threatening figures to zombies that did not appear intimidating at all. The video showed the entire group acting like zombies together, allowing the members to reveal and compare how dangerous each of them believed a zombie should look.

Roles and Mind Games Take Center Stage in “BANG”

For the second game, the members switched to “BANG,” a psychological strategy game in which the players are divided into the roles of sheriff, deputy, outlaw and renegade. They began by introducing themselves according to their assigned characters, with some also adding vocal impressions to their introductions. The game then unfolded through the use of cards and bullet counts as the players tried to identify the hidden roles around them and eliminate their opponents.

As the game reached its middle stages, the psychological battle became increasingly tense. At one point, the sheriff was placed in jail. In another development, the renegade revealed their identity and proposed an alliance with the sheriff, changing the dynamics among the remaining roles.

The video particularly highlighted the player assigned the renegade role asking the sheriff to cooperate as part of a bid for victory. It also followed the outlaws as they devised a strategy to eliminate the sheriff. Throughout the confrontation, the members continued using cards and exchanging attacks in accordance with the rules, testing one another’s intentions as the role-based contest carried on.
