Short film 'Young Sixty' to explore MZ generation in 2056
The short film 'Young Sixty' follows the MZ generation as they age into their 60s in 2056, part of an SK Chemicals dementia prevention campaign.
A glimpse into the future has been captured in a new short film. Set in Seoul in 2056, the short movie ⟨Young Sixty⟩ is set to be unveiled, depicting the daily lives of today's MZ generation as they age into a demographic now referred to as 'Young Sixty.'

Moving beyond mere dramatic imagination, the work sheds light on the elderly life that future generations will face. By leaping from 2026 to 2056, the project focuses on visually implementing the life cycle changes the current young generation will experience in the future.
Future Seoul and the emergence of 'Young Sixty'
The released teaser clarifies the setting by showing a rapid transition from 2026 to 2056. The name 'Young Sixty' symbolically represents the identity of the current MZ generation when they enter their 60s. Set against the backdrop of Seoul in 2056, the film is expected to present a new perspective on aging.
Notably, this project is connected to 'Geonnoe-haseyo,' a dementia prevention campaign conducted by SK Chemicals. By utilizing the short film format, the project aims to naturally deliver the message that future generations must prepare for healthy aging, striving for the quality of an independent narrative rather than a simple campaign video.
