Yoo Jung-hoo of BLITZWAY ENTERTAINMENT has shared a behind-the-scenes look at his first profile shoot, marking a new chapter in his career. The released video captures the entire process, from how Yoo manages his condition before filming to the various outfits he wore and the meals he prepared for himself.

Yoo cited deep sleep as the most critical factor for preparing for a shoot. In the video, he revealed that on the eve of a shoot or pictorial, he prioritizes rest over strict dieting. Having secured deep sleep for this session, he expressed optimism that his condition is excellent and that the photos will turn out beautifully.

Regarding his pre-shoot nutrition, Yoo mentioned his habit of cooking for himself. He explained that for lunch the day before the shoot, he had pollock roe basil aglio e olio pasta, followed by soy sauce egg rice and chicken breast for dinner. He noted that he aims for healthy, low-sodium meals and frequently enjoys stir-fries made with chicken breast, eggs, oyster sauce, and vegetables. He even shared his specific recipe for the pollock roe basil aglio e olio: sautéing olive oil and garlic before adding noodles, pasta water, chicken stock, basil pesto, and low-sodium pollock roe.

As for his general eating habits, Yoo stated that he eats almost anything, provided it doesn't have a strong scent like ginger or cilantro. After wrapping up the shoot, he expressed excitement about his plan to celebrate with colleagues over pork belly and seasoned cockles.

Throughout the shoot, Yoo showcased a variety of styles. After completing his first look, he noted that the session was proceeding comfortably and enjoyably. His second concept featured a navy knit paired with a light blue shirt and slacks, styled with curled hair, a look in which he expressed great confidence.

Finally, he presented a black turtleneck outfit that captured a casual, actor-style aesthetic. As the shoot concluded, Yoo expressed satisfaction with both the styling and the overall direction. Notably, Yoo emphasized that he is far from being a homebody. He stated that he rarely spends entire days at home, preferring outdoor activities such as watching movies alone, reading at the library, running, or cycling.
