TwoHands to evolve Poomgo Now into 'VISE' logistics system

The choice of logistics masters is VISE.

According to TwoHands on the 15th, the company will launch VISE, a user-context-based logistics system, this coming October.

VISE is an advanced version of the existing logistics operation management system, Poomgo Now, and manages the entire spectrum of logistics operations, from inbound and outbound processes to inventory settlement.

The name was inspired by the tool that fixes objects to a workbench to allow free use of both hands, embodying the philosophy that while data remains fixed as one, the way it is viewed and utilized can vary for every user. Furthermore, VISE aims to evolve beyond simply helping users find necessary data to an 'Advise' stage, where it proactively suggests required information.

The most significant feature of this reorganization is the personalized dashboard widget. While the existing Poomgo Now provided two fixed dashboards—one for field workers and one for office staff—VISE provides personalized dashboards based on the client company and the type of user.

CEOs who need to see the entire operational flow, managers for whom delivery status is critical, and practitioners focusing on inventory management can all directly configure their screens and restructure data according to their specific work contexts. Through this, operational efficiency is increased by providing tasks to be processed that day via itemized figures and graphs.

Data retrieval speed has also been significantly improved. The speed has been increased by up to 20 times compared to the previous version, and by providing related information such as turnover rates and inventory status alongside the queried data, it offers insights that lead to accurate operational decisions and immediate responses.

VISE was 100% developed in-house by the company's technical organization, which possesses a deep understanding of the logistics domain based on the operational intelligence Poomgo has accumulated over the past 11 years.

Poomgo believes that the logistics field data it possesses will serve as core infrastructure connecting to the overall commerce ecosystem in the upcoming era of Agentic Commerce. Since data can only function as infrastructure if it is accurately accumulated in the field, VISE was implemented to meet the specific needs and environments of the field.
