The members of the group MADEIN revealed their differing linguistic sensibilities through a new slang quiz. In a video released through the MADEIN official channel, the members put their heads together to guess the meanings of the latest new slang, but unexpected wrong answers poured out, creating embarrassing situations.

"What is Gamjasal?"... Members struggle as they don't know the meanings

The quiz began with the word 'Gamjasal'. The members experienced confusion regarding the meaning of this word. One member even guessed it in connection with 'Gamsahagessseumnida' (I will be grateful), but it was far from the correct answer. Following this, the members agonized while exchanging hints in front of the words 'Yeongkeukeu' and 'Neulkeukeu'. When asked about the meaning of the word 'Kuku', one member expressed the unfamiliarity of the new slang by replying, "I didn't know the meaning of the Korean brand."

During the process of guessing the meanings of the words, the members' different reactions continued. Regarding the word 'GMG', one member mentioned the unfamiliarity of this term, which is used on platforms like KakaoTalk, saying, "The problem is that I don't have Korean friends." Additionally, regarding the word 'Ijigakga', attempts were made to interpret the combination of words, such as linking it to 'Mochi' (a context presumed to mean 'cleaning up a gathering' or similar meaning), which carries the meaning of "it's actually a hassle once you go out."

From 'Cutter Knife Leaving Work' to 'Yunake', diverging interpretations

The way each member interpreted the meanings of the new slang was all different. In a compound word problem containing the word 'Andwae' (No/Can't), various interpretations emerged, such as "a person you are interested in" or "an ambiguous person." In particular, in a new slang problem related to leaving work that included the word 'Cutter Knife', laughter was drawn as interpretations clashed between "leaving work as soon as you arrive at work" and "leaving work politely after giving greetings."

The members also made efforts to guess the usage of words, such as giving the answer "when you want to stop time" while explaining the situation for the word 'Ttulma'. In the latter half of the quiz, regarding the word 'Yunake', eccentric answers such as "a famous person is a better monster" or "YouTube is a better gap" continued, showing that the difficulty of the new slang quiz was a significant wall for the members.

While the quiz was in progress, the members showed efforts to get used to the situation by saying they are "animals of adaptation," but due to the continuous wrong answers and unfamiliar words, the quiz battle repeated embarrassing situations instead of tight tension.
