FLARE U makes a comeback with 2nd mini album 'LOVEHOOD', capturing the fluttering excitement of first love
Group FLARE U has released their second mini album 'LOVEHOOD' and the music video for the title track 'Bloom', depicting a boy's realization of the unfamiliar emotion of love. The album expands on the youth narrative established in their first mini album 'YOUTH ERROR'.
The group FLARE U has returned with a new album capturing the time of a boy encountering the new emotion called love for the first time.
FLARE U released their second mini album 'LOVEHOOD' and unveiled the music video for the title track 'Bloom'. This album takes a step further from the image of two imperfect youths shown in their first mini album 'YOUTH ERROR', highlighting the dazzling moments of a boy realizing that the unfamiliar emotion visiting him is 'love'.
Excitement like a sunshower that arrives without warning
The new album 'LOVEHOOD' is themed around the excitement and confusion felt when experiencing love for the first time, and the growth through that process. Like a sunshower that falls suddenly on a clear day, love arrives at an unexpected moment. Feeling an excitement that is unfamiliar and clumsy because it is the first time, yet not unpleasant, the boy looks into his heart for the first time and realizes that the unfamiliar emotion is 'love'. This process is depicted with FLARE U's unique pure and refreshing color.
A narrative of youth growth continuing from the 1st mini album
This new release has a narrative that connects to the first mini album 'YOUTH ERROR'. While the previous work depicted the process of two imperfect youths meeting and finding their own light, this 2nd album 'LOVEHOOD' depicts the dazzling season of emotions for a boy who realizes that the emotion rushing toward him is love. The two albums expand their musical universe by illuminating different stages of youth.
