They compared it to the Joker from Batman constantly smiling, explaining the situation of forcing a smile in a sad situation. In particular, regarding the final chorus lyrics, 'Memories hidden behind the laughter come to mind. I am left alone in Seongmin's room, growing cold,' the cast mentioned that these are lyrics that directly express being left alone in the end. They added that this carries the meaning that it is as if one would die if you are not there.

Furthermore, they conveyed that the song was completed by capturing the heart of how everyone lives with a single sadness but only shows a smiling face without being able to express it outwardly. The fact that there are many situations where one must smile on the outside is connected to the emotion of the song.
