Han Ga-in's nephew reveals shocking driving exam failures

Actress Han Ga-in stepped up to personally provide driving lessons to break the family's "no-driving gene." Through her YouTube channel, Jayu Buin Han Ga-in, she released a video capturing the driving training process of her brother-in-law and nephew Ho Joon, along with the daily lives of her family members.

In the video, Han Ga-in explained that her brother-in-law's family has a tradition where the men have not been able to drive for three generations. In particular, she revealed that her nephew Ho Joon has had his license for two years, but he had previously failed both the written exam and the practical exam (parking) when he first obtained it. Ho Joon added that this was his first time actually taking a car out on the road in the two years since getting his license. During the training, Ho Joon showed his nervousness while driving at a speed of 10 km/h, and Han Ga-in evaluated his driving by saying, "You're better than your dad."

Han Ga-in maintained a calm demeanor while instructing her nephew during the training process. "I don't get angry. I stay very calm and composed so that [the driver] can have confidence," Han Ga-in mentioned, guiding her novice nephew on how to check side mirrors and how to park to ensure safe driving. During the drive, she provided specific driving tips, advising her nephew, "To see the car next to you, it's okay as long as you can see up to about the edge of the door."

During the driving lessons, the brother-in-law's past experiences were also shared. He mentioned an incident where he caused an accident on the day he first received driving lessons from his sister-in-law, Han Ga-in. Han Ga-in spoke about her past experiences teaching her husband and acquaintances how to drive, stating that regarding the necessity of driving, "If you drive, the places you can go increase so much, and you become free in terms of time and space." Additionally, Han Ga-in explained her efforts for stable driving regarding her own driving habits, saying, "When the children are eating something in the car, I make sure not to shake the vehicle."

Meanwhile, the brother-in-law continued the family's driving-related episodes by mentioning a situation at his workplace where the vice president drives personally. He shared that during business trips, the vice president drives him. Mentioning the characteristics of her brother-in-law's family, Han Ga-in added, "In my brother-in-law's family, the older sister does all the driving. It seems like even when they give birth, the sister is the one driving."
