Ahn So-hee took Roy Kim to a multibrand boutique in Hannam-dong so that she could experience his clearly defined fashion preferences firsthand. The store was introduced as a place she visits frequently, allowing her to guide him through a familiar setting while exploring the kinds of clothes he would ordinarily choose for himself.

At the boutique, Ahn So-hee decided to select several items for Roy Kim for the fall season. He asked for something he could wear “like a uniform throughout the fall,” emphasizing that he wanted a dependable piece with plenty of practical use. Ahn So-hee, meanwhile, said that she wanted to put him in brighter clothing and began choosing items with that goal in mind.

Roy Kim also shared the careful approach he takes when buying clothes. Before making a purchase, he said he asks himself whether he could wear the garment more than 100 times. He demonstrated his focus on practical value by weighing the cost of renting clothing against how many times he would actually wear it.

As Ahn So-hee assembled outfits for him, the two displayed contrasting perspectives. Roy Kim initially described some of her suggestions as “safe” and jokingly said that one look made him resemble “a prison guard in his sixties.” He was particularly hesitant about leather, saying that the material felt “too intense.” Ahn So-hee continued to recommend brighter pieces while taking his body shape into account.

Roy Kim ultimately tried on the bright-colored coordinated set selected by Ahn So-hee and made it clear that he was pleased with the result.
