Actor Choi Daniel presented a unique cooking content where he guesses the menu based only on provided ingredients and prepares the dish himself.

Actor Choi Daniel presented a unique cooking content where he guesses the cooking menu using only the provided ingredients and prepares the food himself. In the released video, Choi Daniel continued cooking while inferring the menu by looking at the prepared ingredients without knowing what he was making.
"Deducing the menu from ingredients"... A Twenty Questions style cooking content
This video was conducted while Choi Daniel was in a state of not knowing what dish he was making. It is a 'Twenty Questions' style composition where Choi Daniel deduces what food he is currently trying to make by looking at the ingredients prepared by the production team and then cooks it. While checking the ingredients, Choi Daniel explained the situation, saying, "This is not a cooking content, but rather a bit of a scholarship quiz content."

The prepared ingredients included noodles, seafood, broccoli, Cheongyang chili peppers, garlic, whipped cream, milk, oyster sauce, and chili oil. Upon seeing the noodles and seafood, Choi Daniel initially thought of shabu-shabu, but after confirming the inclusion of whipped cream and milk, he decided on the unique menu "Rose Carbonara Jjamppong" as his final direction. He defined the identity of the menu based on color, stating, "If there is red and white, it's rose."
Whipped cream, milk, and even fish sauce... An unpredictable recipe process
During the cooking process, Choi Daniel's impromptu judgments continued. He prepared the cabbage and broccoli and began sautéing onions and green onions using chili oil. In particular, he continued the cooking process while cracking a joke, saying, "Do you know why an onion is called an onion? It's an onion because it's a green onion that came from the West."

Unexpected ingredients were used during the cooking process. Choi Daniel was seen using anchovy fish sauce to remove the fishy smell of the seafood, and he sequentially added salt, sugar, and peperoncino to season the dish. He added, "When I cook, I think about the taste of the original ingredients and the taste of the seasonings," and "I don't look at recipes much." He also mentioned his own cooking method, saying, "When cooking, cold water is water that comes out immediately, and warm water is water stored to become warm."
Choi Daniel showed his trial and error in the actual cooking process without filter, such as having difficulty using the induction cooktop or adjusting the degree of noodle doneness. He showed confidence in his cooking, saying, "Cooking is a skill, but as long as we can eat it, it's fine."

"I grabbed a knife during my first birthday celebration" Choi Daniel's cooking philosophy
Mentioning his experience with cooking, Choi Daniel made a joking remark, "I have been familiar with cooking since birth. I grabbed a knife during my doljabi (first birthday tradition)." He also recalled that he naturally learned to cook because of the environment where he had to cook for himself at home after his mother passed away early during his childhood.
Regarding his attitude toward cooking, he said, "If you approach it saying it's difficult, it keeps being difficult, and if you approach it saying it's no big deal, it becomes easy." At the end of the video, Choi Daniel finished the cooking process by checking the seasoning of the dish he made himself.
