Idols barter Centella Asiatica harvest for food and lodging in Haenam
Wanna One members embark on a self-sufficient journey in Haenam, trading harvested Centella Asiatica for local food and accommodation.
A new video captures idol members enjoying a self-sufficient journey in Haenam, Jeollanam-do, as they personally harvest Centella Asiatica in local fields. In the second episode of 'Gathering Dust for a Tone-cation' released on the Dalla Studio YouTube channel, the members travel from Seoul and attempt to barter with local residents to secure food and a place to stay.

Harvesting Centella Asiatica to secure lodging
At the start of the video, the members participate in harvesting Centella Asiatica at a field in Haenam. The cast receives a proposal from the local village head: if they assist with the harvest, they will be provided with accommodation. Using sickles, the members work to distinguish the Centella Asiatica from weeds. During the process, the members note that the plant is a common ingredient in cosmetics, while providing entertaining variety show moments as some members slack off or mistakenly pull weeds.
Bartering with Haenam residents
After completing their work, the members visit local households to attempt bartering with the items they have prepared. Carrying supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, moisturizing cream, serum pads, and solid detergent, they cautiously approach residents to explain they have nowhere to stay and ask if they might be able to obtain food. In a display of local hospitality, residents share their generosity by providing the members with *kimchi*, potatoes, and other food items.
Wanna One members' appearance and resident reactions
While roaming the village, the members encounter a local student and reveal they are members of Wanna One. In the video, the student is seen recognizing Hwang Minhyun. The members exchange greetings with the student while handing over their prepared goods, continuing their journey by securing ingredients through these community encounters. The video concludes with the members preparing dinner using the food received from the residents.
