Chef Edward Lee hails K-food as the world's trendiest cuisine at KCON

Chef Edward Lee shared his thoughts on the rising global status of K-food during a recent appearance at KCON in the United States.

"K-food is the trendiest cuisine in the world"

Lee offered direct insights into the evolution of K-food. According to the program, Lee noted that while K-food was not widely known during his youth, it has since become one of the trendiest cuisines globally. He expressed strong optimism regarding the current wave of K-food's international popularity.

Reflecting on his first visit to KCON, Lee mentioned that he has been traveling to Korea frequently of late. When the cast asked about his future travel plans, Lee noted his frequent visits, leading to a warm exchange with the cast.

KCON conversation touches on connection with Meat Man

The conversation also touched upon Lee's connection to YouTuber Meat Man. When asked if he remembered the creator, Lee confirmed that he did.
