Chronic Inflammation and High Blood Sugar Levels Revealed by Blood Test

Eva Popiel met with anti-aging specialist Dr. Kim Dong-hwa for a detailed health consultation, including blood tests. In the video, Dr. Kim Dong-hwa confirmed that Eva Popiel has chronic inflammation in her body based on her white blood cell distribution. Dr. Kim explained, "If neutrophils are more than twice as many as lymphocytes, it means there are many roles trying to perform anti-inflammatory actions within the body, and in such cases, we say there is chronic inflammation," explaining that chronic inflammation is an expression of aging.

Values related to eating habits were also identified. The 'fructosamine' level, which indicates the intake of carbohydrates and monosaccharides over the past month, was above the normal range. Additionally, the 'HbA1c' (glycated hemoglobin) level, used as a diagnostic tool for diabetes, reached 5.6, which is at the edge of the normal range, indicating a state that requires blood sugar management. Eva Popiel mentioned her habit of enjoying bread, saying, "Flour is so good," but the test results showed a state of high carbohydrate and monosaccharide intake.

The delayed allergy test results confirmed reactions to eggs (including yolk), wheat, and gluten. Dr. Kim advised, "From a dietary perspective, it is good to completely cut out (eggs, wheat, and gluten)." Furthermore, it was revealed that her omega-3 levels are low and omega-6 levels are high, raising the need for the intake of essential fatty acids such as fish, avocado, and olive oil.

Undergoing Youthful Procedure Using Hematopoietic Stem Cells

After the health check, Eva Popiel underwent a youthful procedure using hematopoietic stem cells. The procedure was performed by collecting Eva Popiel's blood, spinning it in a centrifuge, and then extracting hematopoietic stem cells and growth factors from the 'Buffy coat' layer, which is concentrated with regenerative factors. The extracted cell fluid was administered through micro-injections directly into the dermal layer of the face and intravenous injections for full-body care.

Dr. Kim explained the principle of the procedure, saying, "When the body receives stimulation signals from the needle, regenerative substances or growth factors move, and by injecting a larger amount of regenerators at this time, one can expect an effect where the skin becomes younger." During the procedure, Eva Popiel mentioned pain around the nose area, and the procedure was carried out with care to avoid bruising, considering her low blood clotting factor state.

"I Will Go Buy Avocados" Vowing to Change Diet

After finishing the procedure, Eva Popiel expressed satisfaction with the information gained through this process. Eva Popiel shared her thoughts, saying, "By doing the tests, I can find out what suits me and what doesn't, so I can improve, and I think it helps me live more healthily in the future."
