Dave the Diver expands to mobile platforms

According to Nexon and Mintrocket on the 13th, the mobile version of Dave the Diver will be released on September 17.

Dave the Diver is a hybrid marine adventure game that combines exploration elements of the Blue Hole with sushi restaurant management. The game has earned global acclaim for its immersive gameplay loop, where players explore the Blue Hole to collect marine life during the day and manage a sushi restaurant using those ingredients at night.

The mobile version of Dave the Diver has already sold over 1,000,000 copies since its February release in China. It is set for a simultaneous global launch on both the Apple App Store and Google Play on September 17. Pre-registrations are currently underway on both platforms.

The gameplay featured in the PC and console versions has been refined for the mobile environment, preserving the original tactile feel while adding specialized convenience features for mobile users.

Utilizing gyro sensor tilt controls, players can physically experience pouring green tea at 'Bancho Sushi.' The mobile version also introduces a three-step field-of-view setting that can be adjusted to the player's environment, along with a fast-travel feature to improve mobility within the 'Merman Village.'

The mobile release will include the major content that received critical acclaim on PC and console.

The collaboration content with the fishing adventure game DREDGE and the DLC 'In the Jungle' will also be available on mobile. Furthermore, players who purchase the main game will receive free digital extras, including the Cobra boat skin, a digital artbook, and the original soundtrack.
