The latest installment in the Caladrius series is returning.
According to H2 Interactive on the 6th, Caladrius 2/Dark Element is scheduled for release on Dec. 10 for PS5, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam). Pre-orders for the physical editions of the PS5 and Nintendo Switch versions have already begun.
Set in a dark gothic world dominated by beauty and darkness, this title is a refreshing 2D bullet hell shooter. The game depicts a battlefield engulfed in shadow, featuring unique characters illustrated by rising artists and a majestic soundtrack composed by musicians known for their work on various popular titles.

Players can roam the dark battlefield alongside charming characters with distinct personalities and stories, illustrated by rising artists such as Kodama, Sanada Keisei, Suraimu, Hara Kenshi, Rokuwata Tomoe, and Yoshiku. The beautiful illustrations and unique designs further enhance the dark gothic atmosphere.
The evolved Numerical Break System returns, triggering special cut-in illustrations as both players and bosses take damage. Additionally, players must utilize enhanced Element Shots to execute various attacks and strategically navigate through endless waves of enemies and bullet patterns.
The overwhelming 2D bullet hell gameplay requires split-second judgment and precise control to navigate massive bullet patterns, offering the fast tempo and thrilling tactile sensation characteristic of classic 2D shooters.
