Members of the idol group P1Harmony revealed differing perspectives regarding the qualifications of an "idol center." "Visuals are the foundation"... Is appearance the priority for a center?

When asked about the requirements for a center, the members showed a sharp divide in opinion between appearance and skill. During the video conversation, one member expressed the view that idols are closer to performers than singers, noting that star power and the ability to draw attention are more critical factors for a center than singing or dancing skills. In particular, one member suggested that while singing and dancing can be mastered through training, facial features are a realm that cannot be overcome through effort, implying that appearance could be a decisive factor for a center.

This led to a discussion regarding the "three elements" a center should possess. One member argued that even if a center has the visuals, they might lack two of the other elements, such as singing or dancing; in such cases, other members can support them. On the other hand, a more realistic opinion was presented: if someone lacks both singing and dancing skills, it would be difficult to even debut. The members also discussed how it is the company's role to arrange specific members' parts or lines while considering the team's overall visual balance.

"Travel time is rest"... Differing views on schedule efficiency

Regarding the second topic—"Finishing hair and makeup in 1 second" versus "Moving between schedules in 1 second"—the members' differing lifestyles regarding efficiency were revealed. One member argued that saving time spent moving between schedules, which occurs several times a day, is more efficient for overall schedule management. The logic was that reducing travel time would allow them to wake up later or secure more rest.

Conversely, some viewed travel time as an opportunity for rest. One member, offering a perspective from a management standpoint, explained that travel time is a period when one can sit still in a vehicle and relax. They emphasized that because the time spent receiving hair and makeup requires someone to constantly work on one's face and hair, it is vital to secure time to fully rest while moving in the car.
