A new vlog capturing the daily lives of MONSTA X members during their trip to Osaka, Japan, has been released. In the video, the members express the joy of traveling as they explore local food and enjoy shopping under clear Osaka skies.

"Like Ottogi curry?" Exploring a local tonkatsu restaurant in Osaka

The members visited a tonkatsu specialty restaurant in downtown Osaka. In the video, they ordered ribeye katsu, tenderloin katsu, and fried shrimp. Regarding the taste of the curry sauce, one member specifically noted, "It tastes closer to Ottogi curry than thick Japanese-style curry." A member tasting the tenderloin katsu mentioned, "It has a soft tenderloin taste," while another member's preference for ribeye katsu was also revealed. Regarding the fried shrimp, they expressed satisfaction, noting, "The shrimp came out white and large," and a member claiming to be a shrimp expert even gave it a score while commenting on the quality of the cross-section. Meanwhile, during the meal, one member reminisced about the amount of food they ate during a past live broadcast, leading to a conversation about their eating capacities.

Wallet shopping and Japanese photo booth experiences

After the meal, the members continued shopping. One member purchased a wallet from a leather brand, saying, "Since it's aging leather, I should use it for a long time." The video captured a moment of embarrassment when a member mistakenly thought the price was 200,000 won, only to realize it was actually 300,000 won. Following this, the members visited a local Japanese photo booth. In the video, they had a great time posing in front of the machine, with members saying, "We have to act pretty." As many young people of a similar age were gathered at the scene, the members were also captured feeling a bit self-conscious.

"Is this a scam?" A fierce battle with the claw machine

The highlight of the trip was the challenge of the claw machine. The members showed tense moments as they manipulated the claws, aiming for a specific character doll. As the claw tried to grab the doll but let go, or while adjusting its position, humorous reactions broke out, such as "Is it scientifically possible to catch this?" and "Isn't this a scam?" The members challenged the machine by finely adjusting the angle and position of the claw to win the doll. Afterward, the members finished their shopping by purchasing a total of 4 items, including T-shirts, at Orange Street. The members shared that the weather was great for walking and that it was a perfect day.
