According to the released video content, Yang Jun-ho hears about his reputation within the company from his team leader. The team leader mentioned that regarding Yang Jun-ho, "He is good at solving problems, but those problems are too focused on internal company issues (superiors' demands, organizing juniors, internal politics, etc.)." The team leader then expressed doubt about whether Yang Jun-ho can actually solve major problems for the company and advised him to focus on real work rather than worrying about issues related to contract workers.

A 3 billion won supply issue caused by an ordering error

Immediately after the team leader's advice, an emergency situation occurs within the team due to an ordering error. An additional order amount of 300 million won was incorrectly recorded as 3 billion won on the purchase order, and as a result, a large-scale supply issue arose as the volume arrived in Incheon. According to the situation in the video, even though the problem with the order quantity was recognized, it was confirmed that the volume had already arrived.

During this process, Park Gi-tae was unreachable, and Yang Jun-ho set out to find Park Gi-tae along with Lee Ji-hye to handle the situation. In the process of questioning where the responsibility for this incident lies, the team leader demanded a solution from Yang Jun-ho.

The gap between "I can" and "I think I can"

While reporting the situation, Yang Jun-ho used the expression "I think I can" regarding the possibility of a solution. In response, the team leader stated, "'I can' and 'I think I can' are too different," demanding an attitude filled with confidence. Furthermore, he emphasized that whether this situation will be reported as a minor matter or a major incident when reporting three days later depends on the decision of Yang Jun-ho and the team.
