The newly introduced package includes leather magnetic ties featuring the Illang Curtain brand name, fabric spray, and blind handles. These components are delivered in a dust bag and a dedicated packaging box.
Illang Curtain operates a service that installs curtains and blinds based on customized consultations. During the consultation process, the company suggests products by assessing the layout of the space and the intended usage environment. Following installation, the company also provides guidance on product maintenance and usage.
The introduction of this packaging was driven by the goal of providing essential accessories for customers to use their products more effectively after installation.
CEO Kim Min-sang stated, "Curtains are not products that end with installation; it is important to consider the entire lifecycle of use. We developed this packaging configuration to create an environment where customers can use our products more conveniently."
He added, "We plan to continue providing consultation, installation, and after-sales management systems that account for the specific characteristics of each space and its usage environment."
