Singer Yoo Hwe-seung revealed his honest feelings regarding the philosophy and work process embedded in his new song. Through a recent live broadcast, Yoo Hwe-seung shared his thoughts on his Taipei performance and expressed anticipation for his upcoming new song.

Mentioning the theme of his upcoming new song 'To You Who Don't Love Me', Yoo Hwe-seung spoke about the values that modern people often miss in life. In the video, he said, "It feels like we are chasing after other things while actually not loving ourselves," adding, "The conclusion is to love yourself; I am the only one who can love me." He went on to explain the complex emotions and message in the song, stating, "If you want to be loved by someone, you must first love yourself." He suggested that this message could resonate with people living in this era, such as office workers or the self-employed.

He revealed traces of deliberation regarding the method of releasing the new song. Yoo Hwe-seung stated, "It has been about 40 days since the song was completed, but I haven't been able to upload it because I am worrying about how best to post it." He considered producing a video through collaboration with sketch comedy YouTubers, but due to practical difficulties, he finally mentioned he is considering "a method of uploading only the song without a video, by creating something like a cover image." He mentioned that his channel 'Small Workshop' is a space to satisfy his own greed, asking for fans' understanding by saying, "It might not suit everyone's taste." He added that Small Workshop is a space he created to easily upload unfinished works he has been writing for a long time, similar to SoundCloud.

Regarding the recently talked-about Oasis cover song, he revealed an anecdote involving a senior singer. Yoo Hwe-seung said, "I received a message from Donghwa hyung of Oasis that a new song was coming out," and "After listening to the song, I liked it so much that I asked if I could cover it, and he readily gave his permission, so I was able to upload it." As a junior, he expressed his feelings of being "extremely honored" to have received direct contact and a request to cover from a great senior.

Furthermore, he mentioned that he frequently receives challenge requests.
