Reddy confessed to the psychological difficulties she faced during the filming of 'Street Woman Fighter' in the past. According to the video, Reddy said that while filming a slow-motion scene with her 1MILLION team members, she heard staff members mention the difference in their face sizes. She shared that she was already under stress due to a waist injury and the requirement to wear high heels at the time; after hearing those comments, she burst into tears because she felt unattractive when looking in the mirror.

Additionally, Reddy mentioned that she feels most 'triggered' when she hears people ask, "Why are you so intimidated?" She added that when she is already aware that she is nervous, having someone point it out makes her feel as though her insecurity has been exposed, causing her to dwell on it even at home. In particular, she mentioned how the expression 'Jung-sam' (looking like a middle schooler) became a label stuck to her; she said that after the broadcast, seeing such comments in the comment section makes her feel as if her complex is being put on display for everyone to see.

The cast also shared specific insecurities related to their appearance. Reddy cited jaw asymmetry as a complex she has had since elementary school. Mentioning that the left and right jawlines are different, she said that while it might not seem significant to others, it is something she dislikes so much she wishes she could be reborn.

Amy also spoke about facial asymmetry, stating that her concern is an asymmetry where the left side feels thicker. The two also conversed about phenomena caused by having small faces. Amy mentioned that when she underwent severe weight loss in the past, she felt it was unhealthy, and she shared the psychological difficulties related to dieting as she compared her past self to her current self.
